All artwork listed on the Hayden’s Comic Art website is guaranteed to be 100% authentic original artwork created by the named artist, unless otherwise stated.
The images and descriptions provided for each listed artwork are accurate representations of the original artwork the collector will receive. Upon request, additional images or further details may be provided.
Full payment is required for an artwork to be reserved for the collector. Once payment for both the artwork and shipping has been received, the artwork will be carefully and securely prepared for shipment.
Ownership of the artwork transfers to the collector once full payment has been received by Hayden’s Comic Art. Until payment has been completed, the artwork remains the property of the artist.
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. However, special circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Prices of artworks listed on the Hayden’s Comic Art website may be subject to change at the discretion of the artist. However, if a sale is currently in negotiation, the previously agreed price will always be honoured.
Hayden’s Comic Art and the artist both reserve the right to withdraw any artwork from sale at any time.

All commission requests are discussed and agreed upon in advance between the client, the artist, and Hayden’s Comic Art. This includes the subject matter, size of the artwork, medium, price, and an estimated completion timeframe.
Concepts or preliminary sketches may be requested as part of the commission process at the artist’s discretion and must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Full payment is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed. If work on a commission has not yet started, a client may cancel and receive a full refund. Any such cancellations will be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the personalised nature of commissioned artwork, commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. Any revisions or changes must be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
When commissioning artwork, you are purchasing the artist’s time, skill, and creative effort. For this reason, refunds cannot be offered if the final result differs from personal expectations.
Estimated completion times may vary depending on the artist’s schedule and professional commitments. Hayden’s Comic Art will provide updates regarding the progress of a commission whenever possible.
Hayden’s Comic Art and the artist both reserve the right to decline commission requests at their discretion.
All artwork purchased through Hayden’s Comic Art will be carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition, with materials and methods chosen to provide maximum protection during transit.
Hayden’s Comic Art ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase. While we aim to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
If artwork arrives damaged during transit, the collector must contact Hayden’s Comic Art within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
Whilst original art is often duty-free, for international shipments, collectors are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Hayden’s Comic Art is not responsible for any additional charges applied by customs authorities. All required customs documentation will be provided to facilitate smooth delivery.
Where possible, Hayden’s Comic Art will ship the purchased artwork either directly from the artist to the collector or from the UK office, depending on which option provides faster transit times and helps prevent additional import fees.
All shipments will include tracking information, which will be provided once the artwork has been dispatched. High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the artwork reaches the collector safely.
Where appropriate, shipments may be insured for the value of the artwork. Hayden’s Comic Art will manage all insurance coverage and claims to ensure the artwork is fully protected in transit.
All original artwork and commissioned pieces sold through Hayden’s Comic Art remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. Ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the collector once full payment has been received, but copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.
Collectors may display the artwork privately and share images on social media for personal use, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork without the artist’s written permission.
Commissioned artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless specifically agreed in writing prior to the start of the commission. Should you wish to commission an artist for commercial use, please contact us directly to discuss terms and licensing.
Hayden’s Comic Art respects the intellectual property rights of artists and expects collectors to do the same. Any unauthorized use of an artist’s work may result in legal action.
